Outcome summary
For four Italian fashion brands we built enterprise platforms with e-commerce management, and later designed and installed the server cluster that runs two of them.
Starting situation
Fashion brands sell through shops, distributors and their own websites at the same time. They need one platform behind the brand site: products, collections, prices and orders managed in one place, and an online shop that stays up during launches and sales.
The system
- Dekker (2010): enterprise platform and e-commerce management.
- Peuterey (2012): enterprise platform and e-commerce management.
- Conte of Florence (2012): enterprise platform and e-commerce management.
- Conte of Florence and Dekker (2017): design and installation of a server cluster to run their enterprise platforms.
Implementation
The platforms were built by Michele Nunno's studio in Italy, CNP Studio. In 2013–2014 the same team built modular management systems for warehouses, logistics, documents, payments, multilingual content, price lists, products and production processes, and customer records.
After launch
For Conte of Florence and Dekker we came back in 2017 to move their platforms onto a server cluster we designed and installed.
